This page lists everything Treetask stores on your device and why. We use no advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers and no third-party profiling — everything below is either required for the Service to work or remembers a preference you set. That is why you are not asked to accept cookies.
All three are strictly necessary — the Service cannot work without them.
sb-…-auth-token
Keeps you signed in between page loads. Without it every page would ask you to log in again.
Set by Supabase (our authentication provider) · Kept: Until you sign out, or the session expires
site_gate
Remembers that this device entered the shared access password while the Service is in private testing.
Set by Treetask · Kept: One year
ms_oauth_state
A one-time value used to verify a Microsoft calendar connection came back from the same browser that started it. Set only if you begin that connection.
Set by Treetask · Kept: Minutes — deleted as soon as the connection completes
The app is built to work offline, which means some of your business records are held on the device itself rather than fetched each time. This is storage in your own browser, not a cookie sent to us.
Offline database
The records you need on site — your jobs, their tasks and details — held on the device so the app keeps working with no signal. Cleared when you sign out or switch business.
Offline page cache
Copies of the app's own screens, so they open without a connection. No customer data.
Small preferences
Whether the help bubble is hidden, whether you have seen the guided tour, and which account the offline database belongs to.
Signing out clears the offline database. Removing the app, or clearing your browser’s data for this site, clears everything on this page.
We count page views to see which parts of the Service are used, through Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookie and builds no profile of you — the figures are aggregate counts, and nothing identifying a person or a customer record is sent.
Your browser can block or delete cookies for this site. Because all three of ours are strictly necessary, blocking them stops you signing in — there is no partial mode to fall back on.
