Treetask runs on a small number of providers. This page names every one that can handle data from your account, what it does and where it holds the data, so you can complete your own records without asking us. We will email account holders before adding a provider that handles business records.
Infrastructure
These run the Service, so they apply to every account. Providers marked as holding records hold the data your business enters; the others see only technical or delivery data.

These receive nothing until you connect the integration or use the feature, and disconnecting stops all further exchange. Note that data you push to an accounts package stays there under that provider’s own terms — deleting a record here does not delete the copy you sent them.

Receives customer, quote and invoice data when you connect QuickBooks and push a document

Receives a photograph of handwritten notes when you use transcription, and the questions you type into the help chat, solely to return the answer. Not used to train models
Transfers outside the UK
Providers listed above as United States hold data outside the UK. Those transfers rely on the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it. The optional integrations transfer data only for accounts that have connected them.
